About Aronia
What the berry is and why it matters.
What is aronia berry?
Aronia, also called chokeberry, is a dark purple berry with one of the highest antioxidant contents of any fruit. It is native to North America and has been a staple in Eastern Europe for generations.
How does aronia compare to blueberries or acai?
Aronia typically measures higher in anthocyanins than blueberries, elderberries or acai. It is also far more astringent, which is why it is rarely sold unsweetened.
What does it taste like? Is it too tart?
It is dry, tart and astringent — that pucker is the polyphenols. If you are new to it, dilute with water or start with MintBerry.
Our Juices & Ingredients
Sourcing, organic certification, pressing.
Are your juices really organic?
Yes. Every ElixirBurst juice is made from certified organic fruit. No additives, no preservatives, nothing artificial.
Is this juice from concentrate?
No. Our juices are straight pressed from berries and never heat-treated or reconstituted.
Is there any added sugar?
None. The only sugars listed on the label are the fruit's own.
Serving & Storage
100 ml daily and the 14-day rule after opening.
How much should I drink per day?
We recommend 100 ml (3.4 oz) per day. Consistency matters more than volume.
How long does it last after opening?
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days. There are no preservatives, so treat it like fresh food.
Why is there sediment at the bottom?
Natural settling in an unfiltered, straight-pressed juice. Shake gently before pouring.

Health & Safety
Suitability, sugars, and general guidance.
Can I drink it while pregnant or on medication?
Our juices are food, not medicine, but if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication — especially blood thinners — talk to your clinician first.
Can children drink it?
Yes, though most kids prefer it diluted or in a recipe. Start with a smaller pour.
What does a juice detox actually do?
It supports the body's own detoxification systems with hydration and nutrient-dense whole fruit. It is not a medical treatment, and we do not claim it is.
Shipping & Delivery
Cold chain, timing and cutoffs.
How do you ship a perishable juice?
Orders ship cold, in insulated packaging, on schedules that avoid weekend transit. You will get tracking as soon as your box leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive in two to four business days. Order cutoffs are shown at checkout.

Returns & Damages
Perishable-goods policy and replacements.
My bottle arrived broken or warm. What now?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Glass and cold chain are our responsibility, not yours.
Can I return juice I have opened?
Opened food products cannot be returned, but if something is wrong with your order we will make it right.
Subscriptions
Recurring deliveries and how to change them.
Can I pause, skip or cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time, from your account. No phone calls and no retention maze.
Sustainability & Glass
Why glass, and how to recycle it.
Why glass bottles instead of plastic?
Glass is infinitely recyclable, inert, and does not leach into an acidic juice or shed microplastics. It costs more and ships heavier, and we accept that trade-off.
How should I recycle the bottle?
Rinse it, remove the cap, and put the glass in curbside recycling — or reuse it as a carafe.
Wholesale & Bulk
Retail, café and bulk ordering.
Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes — cafés, gyms, hotels and retailers. Send us the details and we will send pricing.
