Aronia Summer Sangria

Ingredients

Makes 6 servings.

  • 600 ml (6 × 100 ml)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
  • 750 mlChilled dry red wine
  • 1Orange, sliced
  • 1Apple, cubed
  • 2Peaches, sliced
  • 250 mlSoda water, to finish

Directions

  1. Combine the wine, aronia juice and fruit in a large pitcher.
  2. Refrigerate at least two hours so the fruit macerates.
  3. Top with soda water just before serving.
  4. Pour over ice, spooning fruit into every glass.

Garnish: Macerated fruit

Tips & Variations

  • Add the soda at the table — flat sangria is a sad thing.
  • Use a dry rosé for a lighter, brighter pitcher.
